As a magnetic healer, I see people at my practice who have been living with psoriasis for years. They often arrive weary of explaining, of hiding their arms, of repeating the same routine every morning. Many of them tell me, unprompted, about the link between their flare-ups and the busy periods of their lives. I promise them nothing. I offer them some time for themselves, as a complement to their dermatologist.
Living with psoriasis every day
Psoriasis shows. Thick, red patches covered in small white scales that flake off. They often appear on the elbows, knees, scalp or lower back. Sometimes on the nails, hands or feet too.
What the skin shows is only part of the story. The people who come to see me mostly talk about what they live through around the patches:
- the embarrassment of showing their arms or legs, in summer or at the pool
- the itching and tightness that disturb sleep
- the scales on dark clothes, brushed away discreetly
- the feeling that flare-ups come back during stressful periods
- the weariness of applying creams day after day
Psoriasis comes in flare-ups and quiet spells. This unpredictable rhythm weighs as much as the patches themselves. You never really know when the skin is going to wake up again.

What medicine says about psoriasis
Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease. Skin cells renew themselves much faster than normal, which forms these thick patches. It is not contagious. There is a family tendency, and certain factors can trigger flare-ups: stress, certain infections, certain medications, tobacco or alcohol.
Dermatologists have several options depending on how widespread the patches are: creams, phototherapy, systemic treatments. Some people also feel pain in their joints. They should talk to their doctor about it, as specific follow-up may be needed.
Magnetic healing is a complementary approach to well-being. It never replaces medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or follow-up. No particular result can be guaranteed.
What I offer as a magnetic healer for psoriasis
During the session, I work on the psoriasis itself, on the affected areas, and on the person as a whole: the tension they carry and what needs to settle. What I observe at my practice is that many people arrive tense and on alert, as if their body never truly rested.
At my practice in Le Perreux-sur-Marne
The session lasts about 45 minutes, conversation included. We start by talking about what you are going through, without you having to go into medical details. You then lie down, fully dressed, and the session unfolds in calm.
Remotely from a photo
The distance session lasts about 30 minutes. I need a recent photo of you, with your face clearly visible and you alone in the picture. Never a photo of the patches; it is of no use to me. There is no call before or after. To understand better how this works, you can read my article on distance magnetic healing from a photo.
Since flare-ups often follow busy periods, some people also come for the nervous fatigue that goes with them. I talk about this in more detail in my article on stress, anxiety and burnout.
What can feed psoriasis
Psoriasis rarely has a single cause. There is often a hereditary background, a parent or grandparent who already had it. There is also diet, lifestyle, and everything we keep inside: stress, anxiety, fears, guilt, the anger we don’t voice. These emotions are not always the cause one hundred percent, but they can feed the problem and wake up the flare-ups.
I work on the body, the soul and the mind, not only on the body. By releasing emotions, I have seen that some people free themselves from their suffering much faster. That is why I also work on what the person carries. Releasing emotions, freeing yourself from negative energies, finding harmony with yourself again: all of this is part of the path for healing to take place.

What to expect after a session
Sensations vary a great deal from one person to another. Some feel warmth, tingling or deep relaxation during the session. Others simply feel like sleeping that evening. Others feel nothing in particular, and that is just as normal.
I cannot tell you how long your patches will take to change, or even whether they will. What I offer is time for yourself. Keep up your treatment and your follow-up. Never stop a treatment without your doctor’s advice.
Frequently asked questions about magnetic healing and psoriasis
Can magnetic healing replace my treatment?
No. The session complements your dermatological follow-up. Keep your creams, your appointments and your treatments.
How many sessions should I plan?
It depends on each person. Many have a first session, then decide what comes next based on what they felt. For longer-term support, some choose three sessions spaced out over time.
How much does a session cost?
A session costs €100, and the pack of 3 sessions is €270. The price is the same at my practice or remotely. All the details are on the prices page.
Are psoriasis and eczema the same thing?
No, they are two different conditions, even though they are often confused. Only a doctor can tell the difference. I have written an article about eczema.
